Here is where player may suggest ideas, and suggestions for the clan to adopt. Please describe your idea and how it may befit the clan, and make sure to cover everything, including details. These will be reviewed by the clan's Security Council, and voted by the clan. You may also view our newest version of the UN charter below!

CHAPTER I: CLAN AND PLAYER PURPOSES
Section 1: Clan Purpose
Article i: Warlight Purpose
The United Nation's main priority and purpose is to unite all of warlight's best roleplayers, in the goal of creating the best warlight experience for all members. We shall expand our clan into new heights, by allowing for the flow of new and original content, in the form of roleplays and settings, to be played and enjoyed throughout our community.
Article ii: NationStates Purpose
The goal of our players on Nation States is to roleplay and dominate. They shall create alliances and make the clan well known for a good name, and shall lead players to join warlight and the clan.
Article 2: Player's Purpose
Section i: Roleplaying
Players shall roleplay. They shall learn and acquire the knowledge to be skilled in roleplaying as any country or kingdom they choose to represent in games. Players shall actively roleplay in diplomacies, and encourage others to, even when they are the only one roleplaying. They shall already be skilled in some extent to roleplaying
Section ii: Strategy
Players do not require skill or strategy when they join the clan. Members of the clan skilled in strategy shall teach others in need of it strategy. Although, basic knowledge of the game's functions and how to play are also required.
Section iii: Recruiting
All members are encouraged to recuit new players they believe are worthy of membership within the United Nations, by leading them to the clan's official website where they may enlist.
Section iv: Conduct
Members of this clan must show good conduct. This includes encouragement, toleration, friendliness, activeness, and justness. They shall roleplay, be fair, support the clan, contribute to the clan, and help other members of the clan. Swearing is not prohibited, but if used to offend another player, it will result in possible ban or any other punishment seen fit by the Security Council members. Members shall not have offensive usernames, pictures, profiles, or descriminate other players. It is the United Nation's goal to create the best warlight experience for all members, so we expect everyone to treat others with respect. If a member constantly breaks or ignores a game's rule set, they will be trialed by the SC for a possible punishment.
Section v: Contribution
Players shall contribute to the clan to the best of their abilities. They shall check and comment the forums as much as they can, at least once every three days, and be active during games, participate in events, and offer help to clan members who may need it.
CHAPTER II: STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION
Section 1: Membership
Article i: Recruiting and Initiates
Recruited members shall have good conduct and be qualified roleplayers. Recruited members shall show interest in the clan, and initiates shall make a post acknowledging they joined and with any questions or interests. Initiates shall participate in the clan.
Article ii: Membership in the Clan
Members of the clan shall show good conduct, recruit other members into the clan, be skilled in roleplaying, and shall be active in the clan and participate. They shall represent the clan in a good way and make the clan well known and admired.
Article iii: Founding Fathers
Founding Fathers are players who founded the clan and were in it before it became official, and were in one of the ####5days games.
Section 2: Security Council
Preface- The Security council shall vote on topics to bring to the attention of the clan, and decide on ideas important to the clan and approve or appoint members to jobs. The Security Council shall work to regulate the clan leader's powers and offer their opinions or suggestions for the clan leader. The Security Council shall also serve as the clan's judge, voting on possible punishments for rule violaters, or ways to solve a dispute or problem.
Article i: Clan Leader
The clan leader will be selected through a democratic election by the entire clan. It is the leader's duty to continue the fuctioning of the United Nations, by organizing events, or changes made. A leader cannot remove any official members of the clan without a vote within the clan's Security Council.
Article ii: Owner
The owner shall make sure the clan operates well, add players to the clan, oversee the ranks of the clan, and vote in the SC. He shall also act as a judge and try clan members, and decide their innocence, as well as remove them if the crime is fitting.
Article iii: Internal Secretary-General
The internal secretary-general shall monitor the forums and notify the SC on ideas to vote or decide on. He shall carry out any extra duties not specified in the charter appointed to him by the SC, and vote in the SC. This position is elected amongst the SC members.
Article iv: IT Manager
The IT Manager shall be voted on by all members of the clan. He will maintain the website and will edit it as suggested by the SC. He can also appoint apprentices to help him with the website under his supervision, and shall vote in the SC.
Article v: Vice-Clan Leader
The vice clan leader shall be elected from the Security Council by the clan. It shall be the Vice-Clan leader's responsibility to organize and lead the clan if the primary leader goes in-active or resigns early.
Article vi: Record-Keeper
The record-keeper shall keep note of the players in the clan, their activity, and participation. He shall keep records of events and help the clan in bringing attention to inactive players. He shall edit and maintain the charters and documents of the clan, and vote in the SC.
Article vii: Representatives of the Union
Representatives of the Union are extra members that are in the SC to contribute to ideas of the clan to the SC. They shall make suggestions and vote on ideas in the SC [and possibly represent their region in voting for other members of the SC]. There shall be 4 members of the Representatives of the Union for every 30 players. Representatives of the Union must vote based of the majority vote of their sector.
Section 3: Elections
Article i: Occurrence and Terms
Elections for the clan shall occur once every three months, while players shall be allowed to be on the Security council as much terms as they want, the leader shall be limited to four terms. Democracy shall be ensured as part of the clan.
Article ii: Leader
The leader shall be voted on in a direct democracy election by all members of the clan. The winner shall be the candidate with the highest percentage of all votes.
Article iii: Security Council
The representatives of the Security Council shall be voted on in direct democracy by all members of the clan, excluding the vice leader. The winners shall be the candidates with the highest percentages of votes.
Article iv: In the Event of the Retirement of an SC Member
The SC shall appoint a new member in the event of one SC member's retirement, through a vote.
Article iii: In Event of a Tie
In the event of a tie, the leader or SC shall vote on the winners based off their own opinion based off majority.
Section 4: Maintenance
Article i: General Maintenance
General Maintenance shall be done by the according member of the SC, as specified in Chapter II, Section 3.
Article ii: Maintenance With Absence of SC Member
A representative of the Union shall be appointed to maintain the absent SC member's job, as appointed by the leader.
CHAPTER III: NATIONS
Section 1: Choosing Nations
Article i: Requirements of the Nation
Players shall choose a nation that exists and is officially recognized by the real United Nations as of the date they chose it. It is asked that they select a nation that they are educated on, such as history, culture, geography, politics, and possibly language.
Article ii: Previously Chosen Nations
Members choosing nations may not choose previously chosen nations by another member.
Section 2: Representing the Player's Nation
Article i: Conduct
The member shall represent their nation with good will, positivity, and shall not continually disrespect the nation they represent.
Article ii: Position With Respect to their Player's Nation
Members' power in the clan shall have no relation to the power of the nation that they chose the be representative of.
CHAPTER IV: DISTURBANCES TO THE CLAN
Section 1: Threats
Article i: External Threats
External threats shall be handled by the SC in whatever way possible. They shall be reported to the SC if heard by a regular member, and shall be sought to be eliminated. The player who is the source of this threat shall be reported on warlight.
Article ii: Internal Threats
Internal threats shall mean the trial of the member who made this threat to the clan, and seeking they are guilty and the crime is fitting, they shall be removed from the clan.
Article iii: Suspected Clan Breach
Members of the clan who are suspected to the clan shall be tried by the Security Council and if their is convincing evidence, shall be proved guilty and removed from the clan if necessary.
Section 2: Retirement of Members
Article i: Retirement of SC Members
Retired SC members will lose their position in the SC, but will maintain a position in the clan. If they are inactive for over a half year, they will be honorably discharged and removed from the clan.
Article ii: Retirement of non-SC Members
Retired members not in the SC, who announce their retirement, will be honorably discharged from the clan and shall be allowed to rejoin if they become active.
Section 3: Justice
Article i: Trial
Players who break rules set out by the clan will be tried and convicted only with convincing evidence and only by the Security Council.
Article ii: Player Dishonorably Discharged
A member of the clan can be dishonorably discharged by the vote of the security council or by vote of all members if they are inactive on the forums, inactive in games, break the clan's conduct, or break the rules of the clan, repeatedly insulting the clan, or are tried and guilty for crimes against the clan. They shall not be allowed to rejoin.
CHAPTER V: RIGHTS OF OUR MEMBERS
Section 1: Common Rights
Article i: Rights of Speech
All members of the clan shall have the right to speak freely of the clan, or of its members, as long as their speech is not offensive and does not contain excessive swearing, without punishment. Furthermore, players shall be allowed to express their ideas freely on the forums as long as they are appropriate. They however shall not continuously insult the whole clan.
Article ii: Voting Rights
All members shall have the right to vote who they wish for, or what topic they wish for, in the event of an election. All members who have not broken any rules in this document shall be allowed to vote, regardless of experience or amount of activity in the clan.
Article iii: Rights to Assemble
All members of the clan shall be allowed the right to assemble and discuss topics, or form political groups, in public or private, without punishment.
Article iv: Rights to Return
All members formerly in the clan shall retain the right to return, unless they were officially removed for breaking rules specified in this charter, regardless of opinion of other members.
Article v: Right to Run
All Members shall have the right to run for Security Council or leader during elections as long as they have followed the rules specified in this charter.
Article vi: No Cruel or Unusual Punishment
No player shall be dishonorably discharged from the clan
unless fitting to as specified in this charter.
Article vii: Charter's Authority
The Charter shall retain authority and be followed over the leader or SC council's say, unless it was before amended or a section was removed before a decision is made. The Charter shall be upheld and followed by the whole clan.
Section 2: Rights of the SC
Article i: Rights to Assemble
The SC shall retain the right to assemble in private or public, whichever it chooses, for discussing topics for the clan.
Article ii: Right to Decide
The SC shall retain the right to decide on topics that do not involve a change in the charter or leadership, including a change in security council.
Article iii: Right to Enforce
The SC shall have the right to enforce all duties specified in this charter. All members shall respect the decisions of the SC.
Article iv: Rights and Restrictions of the Leader
The leader shall rule fair and just, and shall have all rights as specified in the previous three articles, but shall hold equal vote in SC issues as all other members. He shall not have a veto power over the whole SC.
Article v: Right to Impeach
The SC shall have the right to impeach fellow members of the SC if they do not perform their job, are not active enough, or do not follow the correct code of conduct. A SC member may only be impeached with a majority vote. In the event a leader is ineffective, he must be voted to be impeached by the security council with a vote for impeachment higher than the eightieth percentile.
CHAPTER VI: CHANGES TO THE CHARTER
Section 1:Ammendments
Article i: Approving Subjects
All new amendments to the charter shall be approved by the clan in a direct democracy vote, with an approval rate higher than the seventy-fifth percentile.
Article ii: Adding Subjects
Amendments shall be added in an appropriate chapter of the charter, and only if necessary shall a new chapter be added to the charter, in place before the chapter on amending the charter.
Section 2: Removing Topics From the Charter
Article i:Approving Removal of Subjects
All removed parts of the charter shall be approved by the clan in a direct democracy vote, with an approval rate higher than the seventy-fifth percentile.
Article ii: Removing Subjects
All other subjects shall be moved so that the charter shall be in chronological and numerical order when a subject is removed. Subjects of the charter shall only be removed by sections or articles at a time, not in whole chapters.
Section 3: Replacing the Charter
Article i: Conditions
The charter shall only be replaced in event that multiple chapters, or sections in multiple chapters, are nulled at once, or in the event that multiple subjects that need to be added are not in the charter. It must improve something for the clan, be related to the clan, be within reason, and must be measurable.
Article ii: Voting
The charter shall only be amended if there is a higher percentage of votes than in the eightieth percentile to remove the charter in a direct democratic vote, and if the is a higher percentage of votes than in the fiftieth percentile in the security council.
